I’m an AI Systems & Brand Architect. I work on the systems underneath small-business work: how information moves, where decisions live, and what has to change before AI can help.

I write from firsthand experience. I’ve built a working knowledge system for my own business, with documented procedures, voice-to-execution workflows, and AI agents doing real work inside it. I share what changed, what failed, and what I’d do differently.

The Work Redesign is where I publish those field notes. Every two weeks, I look at the system underneath how a business actually runs, and what changes once it stops living in one person's head.
